MATCH RESULT - SUPER LEAGUE - JOHOR (3) V TERENGGANU (6) ,

Scorer for Turtles - Ashaari Shamsuddin - 4 goals , Hariri & Wan Aliff

A mixed result for Terengganu from the trip to the south of the peninsular but a 6-3 win over Johor was enough to erase the pain of losing 2-0 to Johor FC a few days earlier. As a bonus, The Turtles also reclaimed the second spot behind Selangor who are leading the Super League table by three points.

The visit of Perlis... on Saturday should not be taken lightly, especially with the Northern Lions having registered back to back win under the guidance of new head coach, Yunus Alif. This will also be the first time Terengganu Head Coach Irfan Bakti be facing his former charges after leaving them for the Turtles during the close season.

Both teams will be in confident mood in achieving their objectives but Terengganu should use their home advantage to collect all three points to ensure they will be able to take advantage of any slip-up by Selangor, who ironically will be playing Terengganu neighbour, T-Team in Shah Alam.

A third consecutive win for Che Ku Marzuki's boys will see them continuing their climb up the table and at the same time will put Terengganu at the top of the league based on head to head record.

GSN wish both teams the best and hopefully every Ganuans will be smiling broadly come Sunday morning.

Keep on fighting, we'll be with you always!
